Conduit Tech pairs an iPad Pro's LiDAR scanner with ACCA Manual J load calculations and an interactive sales canvas to reinvent the HVAC in-home visit. A contractor walks the house with the iPad, the LiDAR scan generates a dimensionally accurate 3D model and 2D floor plan in about 10 minutes, and Conduit then runs room-by-room Manual J load calculations automatically.
Because the 3D capture eliminates the tape-measure-and-sketch step, Conduit cuts the time from first visit to signed proposal dramatically. The platform ships with equipment libraries from major manufacturers, supports heat pump retrofits, and generates branded proposals.
Founded in 2022 and originally based in Somerville, MA, Conduit Tech raised seed financing led by Breakthrough Energy Ventures. In October 2025, ServiceTitan acquired Conduit Tech.
